Job Description:

As the Responsible Industrial Process, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of industrial processes while prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization:
  • Lead initiatives to optimize industrial processes for efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and standards in all industrial processes.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and assessments, implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Quality Assurance:
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain high-quality standards in industrial processes.
  • Implement measures to address and prevent quality issues.

• Environmental Sustainability:
  • Champion sustainability initiatives, identifying opportunities to reduce environmental impact and promote eco-friendly practices.
  • Implement and monitor strategies for waste reduction and resource conservation.

• Process Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of industrial processes, including standard operating procedures, process flows, and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation requirements.

• Team Leadership:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the industrial process team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in overseeing industrial processes, preferably in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental sustainability practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
