Job Description:

As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and executing complex technical programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, proven program management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and German.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Oversight:
  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives.

• Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize a strong technical background to understand and effectively communicate project requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address challenges and ensure the successful execution of program milestones.

• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in English and German to ensure clear understanding of program goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, reporting, and updates to stakeholders at various levels.

• Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop contingency plans to navigate unforeseen challenges.

• Resource Management:
  • Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the optimal utilization of team members and external partners.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure appropriate staffing levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
• Proven experience in program management with a focus on technical projects.
• Fluency in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
