Job Description:

As a Product Owner - Advanced Product Development, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation, managing the development of cutting-edge products, and ensuring successful market launches.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background coupled with product management experience, particularly in the realm of Advanced Product Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy:
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Advanced Product Development portfolio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals, objectives, and success criteria.

• Requirements Management:
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market needs, customer feedback, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and features.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment with product goals.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Product Roadmap:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones and timelines.
  • Communicate the roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Release Planning:
  • Plan and prioritize product releases, considering market dynamics and customer demands.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.

• Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
• Utilize market insights to inform product decisions and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a focus on Advanced Product Development.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
