Job Description:

As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the industrial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanics or maintenance, along with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support:
  • Monitor and operate industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshooting:
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to maintain uninterrupted production processes.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and address equipment malfunctions.

• Process Optimization:
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.
  • Participate in safety training programs and contribute to the development of safety procedures.

• Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and process changes.
  • Generate reports and provide analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanics, Maintenance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a process technician role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
