To strengthen its team, our client currently seeking an experienced Process Engineer who is fluent in both French and English. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our industrial processes, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the success of our operations.

Job Summary:

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving industrial processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. This role requires proficiency in both French and English to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring expertise in process optimization, problem-solving, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough analyses of existing industrial processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and challenges.

• Design and Optimization:
  • Design and implement improvements to industrial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Utilize engineering tools and simulations to optimize process performance.

• Data Collection and Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze data related to process performance.
  • Use statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

• Project Management:
  • Lead process improvement projects from concept to implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

• Bilingual Communication:
  • Communicate effectively in both French and English with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Translate technical documentation and reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in industry.
• Proficiency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Good knowledge of German is a big plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of process simulation tools and engineering software.
