Job Description:

As a Packaging Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing packaging processes. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with expertise in batch and lot calculation, as well as packing calculation. Proficiency in English and French is essential, and knowledge of German is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Batch and Lot Calculation:
  • Utilize technical knowledge to calculate and coordinate batches and lots for packaging processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in batch and lot calculations, considering product specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Packing Calculation:
  • Develop and implement efficient packing strategies, considering product characteristics, transportation requirements, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize packing processes and minimize waste.

• Coordination:
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless coordination of packaging activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align packaging processes with overall production goals.

• Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to packaging.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of packaging calculations, processes, and changes.

Language Skills:

• Communicate fluently in both English and French, facilitating effective communication within the team.
• Knowledge of German is a significant advantage, contributing to collaboration with international stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, etc.).
• Proven technical expertise in batch and lot calculation, as well as packing calculation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and French (German language skills are highly desirable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
