CENTRAL REGISTRY OFFICER: Description du fonction

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

·Review account opening documents

·Enter account opening data in dedicated applications

·Manage (create, modify, suppress) all document references

·Ensure that all account opening documents are correctly referenced in the application

·Scan account opening documents as may be required

·Ensure accuracy of all amendments made to account opening data based on control lists and system reports

·Advise and support CRMs in completing the account opening application

·Interact with Compliance and Legal departments to insure effective analysis

CENTRAL REGISTRY OFFICER: Exigences du poste

HARD SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

·At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position in a Bank in Luxembourg

·Very good knowledge of Account Opening documents and client onboarding process

·Understanding of Luxembourg banking law and AML/KYC rules

·Ease with IT tools like Avaloq and scanning softwares

·Very good command of Outlook, Word and Excel

·Fluent French and English. Dutch would be an asset

·Accurate, careful, reliable, meticulous

·Organizational capacities

·Developed team spirit

WOULD BE AN ASSET

·Knowledge of international standards related to money laundering, terrorism and tax system

·Central Registry Certification
