SENIOR TRANSFER AGENT (M/F)

Established in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for more than 20 years, our client is a dynamic and ambitious financial services company looking for its new talent. Specialized in Private Asset Services, our client is experiencing strong growth. In this positive context, our client has mandated GO RH to recruit a Senior Transfer Agent (M/F).

Your responsibility will include supervising the following missions:

- Verification and processing of subscription, redemption and transfer orders for fund units;

- Cash reconciliations on TA transactions;

- Confirmation of transactions to investors;

- Transmission of reports and operational follow-up with investors;

- Preparation, filing and archiving of files.

- Audit follow-up and communication with auditors

- Execute all tasks in accordance with the procedures and applicable laws / regulations

You will also guarantee compliance with deadlines and ensure operational control of second-level operations.

In addition, you serve as the privileged point of contact for your clients, auditors and Management.

- At least 5 years' experience in a similar function;

- You are fluent in French and English;

- You are fully familiar with the legal and regulatory environment of funds and alternative funds in Luxembourg;

- You are responsible, organized and meticulous.
