The company

Result of a merger between several groups, our client is a prestigious Japanese bank established in Luxembourg since the 2000s. As part of its expansion, our client mandated GO RH to recruit a Senior HR Administration Officer (M/F) in fixed term contrat (6 months).

Your responsibilities

  • Manage HR Administration of the entire employee’s life cycle under the supervision of the Human Resources Administration Manager;
  • Assist on payroll processing having alternatively doer and checker role;
  • Assist on managing the fringe benefits, related reportings and projects for future set ups;
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders;
  • Take part to and ensure the follow-up on HR projects;
  • Inform the Department Head and Section Head of all risks of error and actual errors as soon as detected and evaluate their impact.

Your profile

  • You have an experience in a similar function;
  • You have strong knowledge of Luxembourg Labour Law;
  • You have overall banking knowledge;
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office and Gesper Microtis;
  • You are fluent in French and in English;
  • You have excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility and a pro-active attitude.
