ERP SUPPORT SPECIALIST (M/F)
Within the team, you will be in charge of :
- Provide ERP first level support to internal customers ;
- Take over troubleshooting tasks in full ;
- Coordinate and monitor external ERP development and troubleshooting tasks ;
- Assist and follow-up customer support-focused projects ;
- Maintain and extend support documentation & reporting.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of customer service ;
- You have a first approach in Qlikview design ;
- You are fluent in French and English ;
- Knowledge of SAP or INFOR is an asset ;
- You are an independent person with interpersonal skills.
